Who we help
            
             Bares it ALL is dedicated to helping women in Western North Carolina who are dealing with breast, ovarian and
             uterine cancers.  We offer emotional and financial support, and refer them to organizations that can help them
             deal with the many issues that arise before, during and after their treatment.  We have helped provide them with
             food, electricity, gas, babysitting, house payments and numerous other expenses that they need help with. 

             We also provide "Pick Me Up Baskets" that contain useful and often fun items that offer encouragement and let
             them know that they are not alone in their fight with cancer. 

             In addition to helping individuals, we support the local hospitals, the local Hospices, the Susan G. Komen
             Foundation, the American Cancer Society and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
